This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. As a new WordPress user, you should go to your dashboard to check out the features. You can add pictures and videos. As well, you can add calendars, blog videos, etc. Tell me what you think.
You can also buy pre-made templates that you just upload to your and change the look in just a few click. Some are free while others cost $40-$200. Obviously it is cheaper to design it your self. Just takes a little skull sweat to learn.
Here is an image of a WordPress run site. You can do something similarly or go in a whole different direction. This one is for sale, but anything done in this demo can be done without buying it.
